The wikipoodia listed "age of consent" of 13 basically just means that if a 13 or 14 year old has sex with a 13 year old, neither party can be punished. In the US, it's not like they'll throw a 13 year old in jail for fucking another 13 year old right, in fact that happens all the time, so our laws are essentially the same.

Hellsing was ok and Fullmetal Alchemist, as well. Bleach had some good fights and I really like Miyazaki's work and Grave of the Fireflies. -
