2017-05-02 at 12:11 AM UTCExample: You could step on a small baggie of drugs, have it get stuck to your shoe without you noticing, and end up on the floor of your car. Then if you got pulled over for something and the cop saw it...you'd get in trouble for it...
Its a grey area...what counts as possetion? Just cause you're in the presence of drug don't make it yours... -
