Drug possetion laws is bullshit
-
2017-05-02 at 12:11 AM UTCExample: You could step on a small baggie of drugs, have it get stuck to your shoe without you noticing, and end up on the floor of your car. Then if you got pulled over for something and the cop saw it...you'd get in trouble for it...
Its a grey area...what counts as possetion? Just cause you're in the presence of drug don't make it yours... -
2017-05-02 at 12:13 AM UTCAll laws are bullshit.
-
2017-05-02 at 12:16 AM UTCYou would have to be pretty out of the loop to not notice the change in how your foot meets the ground.
-
2017-05-02 at 12:19 AM UTCJust a small little baggie, not really...

The law has stopped lots of people from committing crimes. To quote Pratchett,
(scene with executioner)
'"Do you really think all this deters crime, Mr. Trooper?" he said.
"Well, in the generality of things I’d say it's hard to tell, given that it's hard to find evidence of crimes not committed," said the hangman, giving the trapdoor a final rattle. "But in the specificality, sir, I'd say it's very efficacious."
"Meaning what?" said Moist.
"Meaning I've never seen someone up here more'n once, sir. Shall we go?"'
Go to jail, can't commit crime. Afraid of jail, don't commit crime. You talked in another thread about how the government only works through the threat of violence, and playing along with your juvenile ideas, why the fuck wouldn't that apply here? I guess violence only applies when we've got anarchy ey? -

CP is a crime, there is CP on the internet. Ergo, the law did not prevent shit. -
