Well considering I just created this one and havent advertised it yet... plus I was supposed to get editing feedback on a ml article that will be posted on a big it site I may pitch for them or throw in there with this one. The best martial art or self defense practice I recommend while on bail and youre going to prison is to learn how to make a shank and learn from a wide range of material as well. From spoons, pieces of metal, scrap, even plastic burnt. -
