I take melatonin the last couple of months and it doesn't work any more, I'll get drowsy and fall asleep for a couple of hours but I'll wake up wide awake. I dunno I just need to smoke weed and quit drinking. If I had a xanax which im not into I'd take it at night but one time last year around this time I took a bar and totally did not wake up for work, but they were cool about it. -

It's just called CVS Sleep Aid, the one I get is blue caplet I'm not sure which brand name it's a generic of, it's in the same isle where Tylenol is. Don't get the pain relief one just the sleep aid. I've been taking for years and it works -
