Is it racist to use racist accents when speaking foreign languages

   Like if you were speaking chinese, Mexican or Hindi just put on the most over the top racist accents like Apu from the Simpsons, bumblebee man or Mr. Sparkle
   
   I feel like it would sound more authentic than just my white accent. Or would it be offensive?
