every time i'm at a party or around groups of people there's always some asshole standing around somewhere smoking a fucking cigarette and fakes trying to blow it up in the air, like anyone is going to believe that they actually care about anyone around them. we all know they're faking trying to be polite because smoking a cigarette in public in the first place is an act of violence. how could it not be when you are FORCING members of the unsuspecting public to cough and potentially get cancer because of YOUR recklessness. BE RESPONSIBLE and DONT SMOKE IN PUBLIC

They should make this a violent felony that puts you at risk of great bodily injury or death, that way you can ventilate people more often.
