EDIT: Says the comments about the vector are debunked, but the other stuff about HIV proteins and such has yet to be debunked. So who knows, but I'd say a government with a "one child policy" and a history of being concerned with overpopulation has motives to release something like this. -

Uni-beings (you're just a neutral number). Social credit scores (where you won't even be able to buy a loaf of bread anywhere if you aren't a totally obedient slave to the Global Order). Your kids no longer belong to you. The elderly and the weak and the damaged will be liquidized. Millions of re-education centers. Pedophilia and evils of all kinds imaginable legalized worldwide. Religion banned. History disposed of. It's all coming down the pipe. As soon as the pesky Trump is out of the way, their path will be clear.

Because he has just as much leverage on them as they do on him. It's a mutual deal. Mutual destruction. Trump is not a stupid man. Far from it. He's a literal genius, and he loves a real challenge. If they take him out, they will get taken out at the same time. He's made sure of that, and they know it. Trump is not going to let them have America or any countries that he can stop them from getting. He'd rather go down in flames than let them have America, and they know it. There are much higher powers involved here, too. We are now entering Armageddon. -

It sends a signal to the region you're likely in, and this lights up part of your brain as a response to that signal. It works through your ears apparently, a slight ringing in the ears if you hear anything at all.
Elsewhere, that part of the brain is not lit up, and the associated ELF waves are not of a great enough amplitude to be easily picked up and used to identify the person.
Both countries have a history of experimenting on the civilian population and being quite brutal towards civilians at times. So who knows...

Amid the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus,… there's rising speculation the virus could have originated from a government laboratory in Wuhan rather than the widely-held belief that it emerged from the city's Huanan seafood markets.
Citing a report published by Chinese scientists,… a Chinese-language newspaper published in Hong Kong, Ming Pao, and the British daily, The Mirror explained Sunday that the Wuhan Center for Disease Control, or WHCDC, could have spawned the contagion in Hubei Province.
According to the report penned by Botao Xiao and Lei Xiao of the South China University of Technology,… the research lab, which is only 280 meters away from the Huanan seafood market,… kept disease-ridden animals including more than 600 bats.
It stated that while it's plausible the virus was leaked from the lab and contaminated initial patients in this epidemic,… more solid evidence is required through future study.
The report also raised the possibility that the Wuhan Institute of Virology could have leaked the virus while it was carrying out tests involving Chinese horseshoe bats.
Against such a background,… an article published by the Washington Times late last month is garnering attention, as it raised the possibility that the disastrous outbreak could be the accidental result of biological weapons research.
This comes as a renowned law professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, Xu Zhangrun, is known to be missing after publicly condemning Chinese President Xi Jinping for failing to contain the spread of the virus at an early stage.
He even added the condemnation could be the last message of his life.
