this is anarcho-tyranny 101. selective enforcement of law, allowing all the chandela and trash to do fucking anything, while strongly enforcing the most asinine and unfair laws against the good people and contributers, is a form of generalized terrorism perpetuated against the people whom it's important for the state to control: the good people. they don't care about controlling the bad people, there's no value in them. but valuable people must be controlled by police to keep them producing value. and the bad people (niggers, homeless) are just an extension of the police force used against the good.

man but that shit is so fucked, I was homeless for a couple weeks when I was 19 and I still had a job at heb, and I went to the salvation army to get some food and they were like no fuck you you're late.. and I was like lol I have a job I just got off. And they were only willing to give me a bed, and I laid there for like 4 minutes and was like wow.. im going to get into a fight and get my shit stolen, this is even worse than jail and just went to the lake and slept.
They can get into the facility if they have mental health, substance abuse etc. So basically you've gotta be registered as a degenerate with the authorities to get entry. Will they search your belongings on entry? Because if so, no homeless person will want to use it. Else you're basically just encouraging homelessness. We call them enablers. Why would you wanna quit junk if you're being enabled by the gov't?
This is true, the homeless get away with a lot, so do the rich. There's different reasons though, homeless because like Misguided Russian said they have no money, but also because they're likely contaminated with various diseases and parasites that you can catch just as easily as kr0z's herpes. Simply touching them is a terrible idea, so even though the cops often wear gloves, it's still dangerous, still a risk.
Nobody wants anything to do with them for the most part. Most of them are sociopaths, the ones that aren't pieces of shit are few and far between and you can usually tell them apart simply by how they talk and the look in their eyes. Whites, and especially altruistic whites, are demonized, because we get shit done, we create advanced technology and we inspire other people to do so.
