   Right, it was just an example. Yes the best bet is to buy a plot and stick your own new trailer on it...again if you are paying rent it makes perfect sense as after 2-4yrs it's paid for itself...doesn't have to be your long term idea of a home...just "free" after the 2-4yr period..and regardless of the trailer the land will probably increase in value and be a good investment anyway.
