Alright so who knew that this is the rights of an employee in Tennessee
"Employers may legally hire, fire, suspend or discipline any employee at any time and for any reason - good or bad - or for no reason at all; however, an employer may not discriminate against any employee on the basis of the employee's race, sex, age, religion, color, national origin, or disability."
So tell me this...if they don't have to not only have a reason but as well don't have to give the employee a reason, how on Earth would anyone know if it was due to discrimination ?
Therefor not only do you have no rights as an employee but in this pile of shit state you make 150 dollars more on welfare then if you worked a 40 hour a week minimum wage (7.25hr) job.

Tons of states are at will employment. Employees can also quit for no reason too.

Truth still often has a way of getting out tho. For instance if your boss fired you then a friend still working at the company heard him say sexist shit about you and pretty much said it was why he fired you. Then the friend told you, or better still filmed him saying it and posted on yt. Or maybe you have a friend works in a nearby bar who overheard him talking in the bar while he was drunk. These sort of things happen you know.

Also people have won lawsuits who are black or disabled and applied for a job but didn't get it. Then have shown the court later on they were much better qualified than the person they actually took on.

If i'm paying I should be able to not pay if I don't want you. I didn't have to give a legal reason to hire you.

Meth lab explosions are probably more common than missed child support payments in Tennessee so it’s a cheaper by the dozen sorta thing or maybe they figure he’s probably saving the state money by cutting the lives of three tweakers short. Not SRS. Okay maybe SRS about saving state money.

This is what happens when the elite convince the masses that they are not a business and give them this idea that they are all 'employees'. Its what the normie sheep get for being morons I guess.
