   Sometimes the phones get confused about reporting the actual battery life...run it completely dead, then turn it on again as long as it will turn on to ensure it is dead -10. Then charge with the official charger...as soon as you have 1% do a reset and charge again.
   
   Once it hits 25% do a power off, then reset then visit www.teachat.com and then hold your left arm above your head for 5 mins. This should fix it if it's just the charging software being confused.
