This is a sort of "rest house" we built over our skeleton XP farm, it's down the river from our main base:
Complete with hot tub on the deck:
This is that XP farm below the rest house, has enchanting table, enderchest linked to main base, anvil and grindstone for combining mob drops:
Also built one of those zero-tick XP banks... this thing is very fast! The scaffolding is temporary:

It's been up for about a week, shits pretty crazy but the queue is really fast and theres always 100+ people online. It's been a mad dash to reach the end, people have been griefing all the portals so I have to get there fast before things are fucked.
This is what I have after playing all week. I found an end portal frame with 2 eyes in it that nobody else has found yet so I only need two more eyes, a silk touch, enderchest, lots of food and blocks and then im heading to the end to get shulkers and an elytra until I die.
