It was also the people using the app. They were in their 80's and had challenges with tech. -

I didn't say it was one and done, I said the problem is the poor decision making...that most certainly isn't "one and done"...fucking lol, they just spent near 3 years and a millions of tax payers dollars on a fruitless task that just made them look stupid and bitter...the poor decision making continues. -
