False, the word "aryan" translates to "noble" as in people who do not lack empathy. As someone not lacking empathy, I may see them as inferior, but I don't necessarily want someone sterilized or worse yet euthanized just because they're mentally ill or have some other problem.
It would be more humane and make more sense to simply prevent excess pregnancies to begin with, so that only the healthier people reproduce. -
