The meme ones- Crouton, T-PAIN, tramadol worked a lot better than the hard ones- powder dope, tar dope, vicodin, tapentadol
But I eyeballed like half a mg of fentaroys under the tongue and it feels great. -

2020-02-05 at 2:17 AM UTCPure morphine seems to be more euphoric than fent. Be it fent from a hospital vial, or fent pills off the street, they seem to give more strong buzz and nausea, and less euphoria than medical grade morphine.
This makes me want a double dose of medical grade morphine. -

The first thing that really happens is terror and dread, when you can longer control your limbs or any part of your body. Then when your lungs stop moving, you will flop around like a fish out of water, asphyxiated, and then a white frothy substance with bubbles in it will start foaming up out of your mouth, and you'll start turning a light shade of blue, and your eyes will be bugging out of your head, and then your heart will stop with one final jolt of excruciating pain.

But how pure is heroin on the streets? Whats really in it? I'm comparing medical grade stuff.
When it comes to street stuff, black tar seems to be a better aphrodisiac than fent, but has less euphoria and less nausea. I dont know wut. The fent def gives a very strong buzz, but less euphoric dream state with vivid controllable dreams. -

Black tar is better than pure diacetylmorpphine which Spcetral as small as a match head will kill you (i measure lines with toothpick legnth)
but black tar has 6monoacetylmorphine which is more euphoric. -

I dunno about that fam. Not everybody who overdoses vomits/asphyxiates. Especially tolerant users like I used to be when I nonfatally overodsed a couple times I wouldn't vomit ever, and even if you do vomit, if you're laying on your side it'll spill out without getting in your lungs.
I blacked out from chugging 4lokos a while ago and woke up with vomit all over my bed but I was on my side apparently so it just shot out that way. Dunno what would have happened if I was on my back cause I don't remember how that night ended. -

I have only three memories id consider overdoses. All of them begin with boofing hydromorphone (sigh)
start with cold sweats, followed by tunnel vision+lack of breath, followed by waking up on the floor an hour later or so.
I hear fentanyl is excellent (if knowingly used obviously) Theres a constant level of discomfort wondering if the powder was properly 'spread'. Idk if that the proper term. But when they turn the pureish power into a solution, then back into a powder makes me nervous. -

But a lot of my user and dealer friends these days tell me it's the cat's pajamas.
When it's mixed with regular heroin to make a quick buck, tho, it's pretty fucking dangerous.
One time, I had to do CPR on a chick on my living room floor while on speaker phone with 911, waiting for paramedics to narcan her. That shit was kinda traumatizing, tbh ngl. -

Then again, I use meth, coke, and crack casually (often going months without it), so I guess diff strokes diff folks and what not. -

I reckon that people who can use opiates casually tend to have less self control with stimulants and vice versa. -
