You do understand that "looking big and cocky" is often a front right? if anything that's a sign of weakness...they are purposefully "acting big and tough" to compensate for their lack of...based on the screen capture there he looks like a bit of a squirt to me (I'm 6'5 and 240lb).
I remember as a young-fella-me-lad another kid in my street targeted me for bullying one particular day as I guess his usual victims were not around. He was notorious for bullying most of the kids in the street and lived on that "tough" reputation.
I was walking to school one day and he came over with his little assistant and started shit with me thinking his reputation was going to have me quaking and submissive.
I didn't even speak to him, I just decked him and kept on walking to school. That evening his dad came around to my house trying to start shit saying I beat up his son...my dad just laughed at him and told him to fuck off. -

when i was in jail when I was 19, I was there for 3 months and I didn't really have any problems and yeah its only county jail.. but there was a lot fights and agression, but one day this hill billy mother fucker that I worked with in the kitchen at the end of the shift at dinner he was trying to be real cute and was flicking water at me with his spoon from out of his tumblr.. and I blew it off at first, haha alright retard cut it out, (i was having a conversation someone and wasn't interested in playing games with this hick) and he kept doing and said something "haha what are you going to do about it, I'm getting out today" so I fucking grabbed his tumblr full of water and smashed into his face and his face all soaked with and it was dribbling onto his uniform and the niggers started fucking go wild laughing, they like lol this lil guy is cold with a cup of water! and the dude was just turning fucking red shaking and he got up to go to where they had the change of clothes we would get after work.. and it was locked and he just bumped into and everyone started laughing harder, the guy was fuming, but just sat back down looking like he was going to cry.. and his bromo was telling to just chill down..
After dinner one of the ortega brothers (tango blast affiliation) said he liked what I did and I said well he had it coming plus he always talks shit about mexicans (made that up) and he said really what does he say and I said "he calls you guys a bunch of mexican nutter butters" and he went up to the crack in the to the other pod that hilly billy was dormed.. and said to some of the vatos.. yo that whyte boi has been talkin shit about mexicas, he called up mexican nutter butters..
I was watching it thru the glass and they shoved to the bathroom where theres no cameras, i don't know if they hurt him or anything, but I'm sure they definitely scared the shit out him.

I don't know if thats true or not, some are some aren't but a lot of women.. and men.. like to make provactive situations. My neighbor she's a young girl and I spoke to her a couple of times when she first moved in a over a year ago, but she has this weird look she gives me.. idk maybe someone told her something about me. But I realize she's really fake, this recently happend, I let my cat out for a few minutes while I was picking up my laundry downstairs and her and her friends when I come back up are like "oooh he's so gorgeous" and I just acted chill and said something genuine about how he's my roomie hope he didn't hiss at you like he does the maintenance man..
2 weeks later I see her coming up the stairs while I'm smoking a cig and she says, Im not going to feed your cat for you anymore.. and I said, what are you talking about? What did you feed him, when was this?
she just said Idk but I gave him whatever.. that actually comes off as kinda creepy, like I don't want someone poisoning my cat.. and I told her don't feed him anything and she said I had to because you left him out here. I only leave my cat out for like 5 minutes.. when I go get my laundry..
I think its mostly because I'm not a pollack like her and she's a hipster and I come aBill Krozbyz as being a bromo.. like some nights after work i just want to sit on my stairs and look at my phone and have a brew before I take off my dirty work shoes and go take a shower..
