Moscow Mitch refused to vote on repealing it in 2017 and it ended up passing the due date by which they could vote. Not a single part of it has been repealed. Mainly because Regressives have yet to come up with a functional plan on the matter. -

The courts ruled the individual mandate unconstitutional. It is dead. It has no method of enforcement. The fact that it needs a method of enforcement should tell you something.
