Who is the moron (Trump) who would build a fence right on the line where you couldn't control the area directly abutting the fence?
Yes, pregnant women and 75yr old people are climbing trees and then dropping 30ft all the time... -

The pregnant and old are the ones milking the healthcare system of my tax dollars and insurance premiums..that's a sure thing. The killing thing is unlikely to affect me...I'm packin (in both senses). -

Pregnant women and 70yr old folk have a hard time going up 30ft ladders or crawling through a shitty tunnel.
Yaya. Still people can simply ask for a visa then overstay it. However atleast the people who overstay their visas are screened and vetted. No criminals.
With that said, fences work best when you shoot the people who try to cross it. Take a look at the successes Israel or West Berlin.
If that were the case, vast majority of illegal Mexican border jumpings would be gone overnight.
It can easily be done. You just need someone willing to do it. -

Have you seen the Fox News report of the 75 year old pregnant Mexican ladies dropping out of the trees at a border wall yet? -
2020-01-30 at 4:38 PM UTCThe birther tourism is bullshit as well.
The founding fathers never envisioned people coming by airplane on vacation to get their child's citizenship.
Big loophole. The constitution should be updated with original intent. A child born in the USA should only be given citizenship if it intends on staying.
Supposedly 25% of births at a local hospital here are Chinks on vacation. It's horrible. -

First of all most of them do intend to stay here, that’s why they call them anchor babies retard.
But how are you going to prove people’s “intent”? I’m assuming you mean the parents since a fucking newborn baby cannot possibly articulate it’s intent (just ask Benny Vader he knows all about that).
So you’ll make the parents sign a contract in blood? And what would prevent them from just “lying” -

The baby cannot stay in the country because the parents aren't allowed to stay past their visa expiry.
It should only apply to people with permanent residency. If you do not have PR, you intend on leaving the country.
Back in 1776, if you somehow found yourself in the Americas, chances of going back your country of origin were slim. -

2020-01-30 at 7:10 PM UTCWe could just move the border up like 500 miles coast to coast and give them that part and call it even.
