Lol they have GPS even when GPS is turned off.. the cell pings can triangular it's location.. then.. very very advanced Sats with high resolution cameras will pick you out..follow you. Or echelon and cctv will pick you up at night. Especially in the UK

    That's not GPS then, just triangulation. GPS is one way.
