In my case I happen to be blessed with both high intelligence and social skill. People like me will be there to lead the new world order........ I mean not me personally, I got better shit to do like post on nis.....
But no you’re right hardcore genetic engineering is the best answer. The problem is most people won’t be able to afford it or will be too dumb to want to use it (for religious or ethical reasons etc). I guess we’ll find out, this technology will probably start gaining mainstream traction within our lifetime -
