Face to face human interaction is boring

It's like torture. You have to tone your voice and mannerisms correctly and pass speech checks but all of that is extremely easy and conversations always trail off into something non tropical like the weather.

And i'm always interrupting people, I can predict what they say before they say it or I will cut them off before they can say something and what I say is basically what they were gonna tell me.

Very rarely does someone say something that breaks me out of autopilot mode. It always feels like i'm talking to a machine but that's just how speech works in modern industrial english society

Talking to co workers makes me cringe. I think that's why talking about sports is popular at work because it's something slightly different than normal monotonous conversation and you use your memory more than in a normal conversation because you have to remember things like which team won, the player performance and scores.

Yeah sports is good as a universal topic to be able to talk to anyone about, bullshitting about stats and thoughts as you go about your work. You don't have to think too much about it.

I dont have to talk too much at work and I prefer not to when I'm working. My boss just tells me the same hunting stories for hours every day and I just interject here and there to remind me I'm listening, while meanwhile I'm busting ass HAMDLING MY BIZness.

I think computers have made us autistic. I know when I go from being on a computer to trying to interact with people it is hard. That's what at work I'll try to wait a little minute after using the computer to interact with people, just some time to come back to the real world. Otherwise interactions do not go well and I come off as basically retarded.
