Wouldn't even take all of them. The Feds are severely outnumbered. Tens of thousands to one. It would only take about 20%-30% of the population to overpower the system and retake control. Wars have been fought and won with less. -

The problem isn't capacity, it's that people are too concentrated. People only inhabit less than one-thousandth of 1% of the Earth's total land area. Right now, China is building cities on the ocean, and the Earth is 90%+ water area. Theoretically, we could easily accommodate 100 trillion people on the Earth, if not double that, if you include the ocean and lake surfaces. -
