pretty neato, this basically spits out a number between 0 and 1 that defines the income inequality for a group of people of any size.
correlates to a surplus of cool data sets. like directly with crime. meaning poverty doesn't cause crime, but rather relative poverty. (eg living in estonia/kazakhstan (where everyone is low income followed by very low crime) VS living in south africa/brazil (where there are ultra rich/ultra poor followed by ultra high crime))
which may seem obvious when it's written out like that but its interesting that it's able to be mathhed out
