I can give you advice on lifting, especially clothes. From 2008-2014 I def got 6 figures worth of stuff, clothes but Walmart and Target stuff too. I probably had a 99% success rate, if not higher but it wasn't 100% and I got two quick strikes in about 5 months. So in addition to everything else, I can't even steal a stick of gum or they COULD charge me with a felony.
But I know the ins and outs and rules of most clothes stores.
