You idiots just don't get it, what the money is for is for the programs going towards domestic violence. sure a mexican can be arrested and be thrown in jail, but he will be deported or put in a prison somewhere in texas, but the money doesn't go towards probation or classes, they can be transported to a texan prison, like they have been plenty of times, but travis county will not be funded towards doing any that.
Travis county may grant sanctuary, but they won't be funded by the governor of texas for it.
