Nobody wants to be my gal pal anymore though :(

I remember one girl outed herself as a bisexual in a small town and I only learned this after my friend told me after I saw them both interacting being nice to each other then as soon as she walked away I was informed how she's a weirdo who is getting divorced by her husband for flirting with girls on facebook.

No. Vicky and her boyfriend came to visit me around Christmas when my dad was in jail and I was doing lots of meth. I ordered a pizza and didn't eat any of it and I smoked all her weed and begged for more
I was dying and they seemed concerned about leaving me alone. I could not stop hitting the pipe every 10 minutes.
We went shopping just normal friends hanging out and I was so depressed that I couldn't do drugs I just wanted to get home so I could rail a line
It was a fucking horrible experience. Nobody stopped me but nobody joined in they just kind of floated around me and interrupting my degenerate drug abuse -

The hospital is the most toxic environment on earth. All you can hear all fucking day is gossip gossip gossip, petty game here, playing a dirty trick there, being a horrible little shit in general, etc.
