   This sounds a lot like that shelter I stayed at in Tarzana. It was supposed to be a decent place but there was a bunch of homosexual butlers that just smoked weed and didn't ever clean. The barracks was cots and tents in the garage and everyone just piled their trash against the garage door and when it got windy the trash smell would come into the common area where everyone slept so everyone stunk like trash but we weren't allowed to use volesads bathroom we had to walk to the 7-11 a mile down the road
