   I wonder how they'll do this, will it be through emulation or will they replicate the CPU/GPU of the original consoles.
   This also includes the PS3 so I doubt it's all emulation.

    They're using an architecture now that operates similarly to pcs, meaning no more exotic designs exclusive to each generation and a more unifies approach, thus ps4 games work right out of the box without any workarounds needed.

    Back in the 00s only whites and asians had access to gaming and the companies could get away with only having enough for a few million people at launch.
