It's January 10th here in the south and we had 70 degrees as a high today. It's not even near a record but bring on the global warming! Do tell, why is it so bad if we get 1 or 2 degrees warmer?

Common sense: The polar caps average something like -40 deg F. So if global warming says we are going to increase our temp by 1-3 degrees F OR C. WTF? Water freezes at 32 F!

I have this conversation with some of the college kids I drive around.
Shits real. yet at the same time, We might be in a natural warming cycle that occcures every century or two.. then slides back to cold.
The problem is we started in 1900 with a whopping 1 Billion people.. but in the 1700s the population was believed to be that of what it was 2000 years ago. About 200-300 million people.
We're at near 8 Billion population right now. It was 5.9 I thin in 2000 and just hit 6. by 2010 it was 7. we're coming in at 8.
it's slowing down but the population still goes up because people live longer and billions of people are still pumping out babies.. just not as many on average as once was
but we have too much going on. I swear you can't find a fucking bush to piss in if you can't find a bathroom in the city of San Francisco without some fucking person coming at you.. just a constant fucking flow of people that wasn't there just 30 years ago.
The City needs to keep plenty of Porta-Potties aka Honey Dew Boxes.. because all the new fleet drivers (Uber/Lyft) also need to find a place to piss.

also if global warming was real the water level would rise at the mud flats but they look the same to me, almost lower actually!
