   They were told the clips would never be posted on the internet, just released on DVD and sold outside the U.S. All of them said if they had known it would be posted on the internet and their name attached they would not have done it. So in turn yes they were lied to and tricked into it.

    The film maker (Scoff) could have indeed meant what he said at the time...and then later decided to go against that. that wouldn't be "tricking" someone..or lying as at the time he was being truthful as far as he knew..at that time.
    
    Either way..anyone with a minimum of brain cells wouldn't believe a porn film maker when he said "it will never be on the internet"..because ultimately he doesn't control that, all it takes is 1 person to buy the DVD and then upload it.
