We have a moral obligation to stop eating meat

Humans require cholesterol, a vital nutrient. There are no known plant or non-animal sources of cholesterol on planet Earth. Therefor it is not immoral to eat meat, as it is an act of survival.

Plants make cholesterol in very small amounts.[12] Plants manufacture phytosterols (substances chemically similar to cholesterol), which can compete with cholesterol for reabsorption in the intestinal tract, thus potentially reducing cholesterol reabsorption.[13] When intestinal lining cells absorb phytosterols, in place of cholesterol, they usually excrete the phytosterol molecules back into the GI tract, an important protective mechanism. The intake of naturally occurring phytosterols, which encompass plant sterols and stanols, ranges between ≈200–300 mg/day depending on eating habits.[14] Specially designed vegetarian experimental diets have been produced yielding upwards of 700 mg/day.[15]

I've noticed two trends of yours.

    1. You often use double exclamation points!!

    2. You're dumb

He's just another one of those retards who doesn't research anything.

    https://www.larabriden.com/phytoestrogens-are-not-estrogen/

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4270274/

phytoestrogens are mildly anti-estrogenic. It's like calling Narcan an opioid. Yeah, technically it is, but it obviously has VASTLY different effects to something like morphine. It's a non selective opioid antagonist which doesn't have affinity to the opioid receptors, and only acts on them indirectly.

A lot of people don't understand this difference between agonism, affinity, and effect. Casomorphins for example are both agonists with affinity for the opioid receptors, but they're incredibly fucking weak and mostly have digestive effects.

So like I said, all estrogen is not the same. Charts like the one MR posted are purposely misleading and fool people who don't understand what they're talking about and haven't actually spent any time reading studies. I have a science degree so fuck all of you. I'm smarter than everyone here except for Technologist.

You think menstruation and ovulation are the same thing?

Do you know what menstruation is? If the egg isn't fertilized, it comes out during menstruation. The same for most birds. You said chicken eggs are 'unborn' but they were never able to live to begin with. It is literally just a chicken's menstruation. They shed yolk instead of 'blood' and the microscopic egg, fertilized or not, goes with it and becomes shelled. This is why the chick begins by eating its way out of the yolk to the shell.

Thats what you eat when you eat a chicken egg. You're welcome.

Wrong. As human beings, we are omnivores, just like most bears. This is evident by the fact that we have stereovision, the shape of our teeth, and the length of our digestive tract. These are irrefutable biological facts. That means that we are best suited to eat a diet consisting of plants as well as meat. That's just the way it is. Nothing you say, and no argument you can think up, will change any of that. Ever.

What you're trying to do, is use moral as an argument to justify an unnatural choice, so unless you plan on converting all the other predators out there, stop trying to convert other people. Your arguments are invalid as they are based on your personal moral values, and thus not objective facts, and your rhetoric is childish.
