Exercise does not 'strengthen' the heart muscles. Building muscle eases stress on the heart, which is what you want. If your heart muscles are too strong/thick it will result in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which is something both runners and the morbidly obese suffer from.
I have a congenital heart condition and I was advised specifically not to do cardio, but to lift weights instead. You want your heart to have an easy time pumping and not have a high heart rate where your heart muscles are thickening.

i can't think of a better move/approach towards their career goals than serving in the military.
my eldest will retire in his 40's with a military pension and by the time he does actually retire he will prolly have 2 pensions under his belt. and my youngest has aspirations to work at NASA.

the one thing about Netflxchillr son being a recruiter, is he is on the fast track to brass. he scored well on his asvab to get this assignment. in 12 years, he will be a lieutenant and in another 5 will be E8 or higher.
the usa government may never pay back other nations they owe, but a vet will get his monthly check and access to any base and doctors/haircut/whatever needed for his entire life.

china screwed up when they announced they could locate anyone, worldwide, on/off grid within 15 minutes due to their spying technology. that caused America, Russia, and several others like Israel (who use WAZE - -that is the Israel's technology).

and if that scenario does happen, one will know by needing some kind of mark that enables them to find you at all times like an RFID Chip implant.
and it fits well to be used like identification, medical, banking, credit card, etc.
