   This sidewalk has a parking lot next to it. When a car pulls out of the parking lot it's supposed to stop at the red line to let pedestrians pass.

   The time I went to the supermarket and made a thread about it I also saw oblivious people driving in the parking lot. Dude was about to back into pedestrians and traffic while only looking in his rearview. I asked him from a distance through his open window where hes going, which made him stop before getting into dumb shit.

   I, for example, stop before the sidewalk and then check left and right. Only then do I block the crosswalk so that I can check the road left and right. Unless, of course, I can see from a distance that there are no pedestrians.
