I just went to an mma class or gym and signed up again after not going for long time due to a certain percentage of people who train there and although I had a good class with two other people only (friday night), I had an incident before class with some polish retard from the Previous class or a bjj class (I went to the mma one) who tried to disrespect me or run me like they tried before telling me not to walk on the mat with shoes. I told him they were wrestling shoes and are allowed and others train with them as well to the retard.
Then I told him that he isnt the coach so he is nobody to tell me what to do or ustawiać mnie. These retards think kindness is weakness. They have the same mentlwity of jueging someone by the looks and their respect and msitaking kindness for weakness as usa criminal inmates. The people of Poland are literally as dumb as california gang members and people in the california prisons system I was housed with or at. So Ive had enough and already prepared myself for such an incident before going there hence why I idnt go back so long but some ways miss the work out and technical training.
So I basically told him to fuck himself when he tried walking to me again later and talking shit. I regret not fighting him though because the coward said somehting to his group and they laughed st me. These retard bully pollacks laughed at me for standing up for myself to a coward. However there is a strong chance I will get in a fight soon with them. I actually even dreamed it last night I hate them this much.
I should have just called him out to put his hands up after he laughed or grabbed a barbell and threaten to hit him over the head with it. Because if you ask any california gang members especially mexican ones or blacks this is what anyone in california prisons would do or any mexican gang member to a pollack. They would not act this way particularly with all the gang members in claifornia and esp in ca prisons.

The thing is they have super weak assault laws here. So I really have little to lose to start punching them. The cops won’t even arrest you it is called private arrest unless the injury is riven by doctor or hospital to be one that will last over a week. I literally could have got up and started kneeing the small house jitsu fuck in the face.
Just complain to the owner or manager or whatever. There is no downside to complaining. Mention you felt scared and intimidated. Ask what you should do. Complain early and often.

I think what you are getting at with this. Scummy lower class people everywhere think that if you're not acting like a hard man that means that you deserve to get fucked with. You need to make a big issue of this, but don't fight, just look at them and don't look away and ask for the owner/instructor over or whatever.
This happened literally after I paid the monthly fee of only 35 bucks or so but still for two classes per week for a month. I didn’t care and part of me wanted to just lose it and hit him. There is this other guy in the Monday and we’d mma class who yells and orders around these new teenage kids and the other coach (not this one on Friday or today but Monday we’d it’s diff one) on mon and Wednesday has lately had that guy who punks kids around run those classes while he sits back on edge of boxing ring in back. And he not only tried t tell me once to not walk with six and literally this is more mundane than today’s situation with wrestling shoes on today even someone else was with sox on from the shot talking group. But he stole my partners twice in one day right as I was squared up with them in the round sparring sessions. These people are straight animals no culture no respect like California prison criminals but in a coward way. Well similar to pc or sny inmates.
Oh yea, and the only reason I even walked before that class with Sox on that other time was to Shake a couple peoples hands who I knew before even class lol. But this is a separator fuck and i ignored him actually that time but today i was prepared for a similar situation or that guy who was not even there. So i talked Black and hard.
I could just ignore both these fucks by going to the kickboxing or must Thai classes twice per week instead. Or just go to the mma ones and only see that first guy who steals partners disrespectfully and punks kids around.

This incidence happened now that I think about it when the coach left. He was gone in between the two classes - theirs and the one I went too with three people.
But the thing is he went to talk to him later when he came back while I ignored the situation and never brought it up. I am unsure if he even talked about me but they exchanged a few words then he sat back with two guys and after a while watched us and left.
That coach never brought anything up with me or asked about it so it could have been some other exchange. I actually expected him to be waiting for me in the locker or outside. And was mentally prepared for it ready even if he broke my arm. Who knows his skill.
Reminds me of the asshole girl in my old job. Loved being close to power, her biggest issue with me is that she couldn't tell me what to do. She loved cosying up to the senior management, then pushing other people around. Pretty sick.
The guy was basically acting like his guy to Tony Ferguson and when I tried to shut him up like Tony ferguson except more politely he went right up to me acting like he was getting water to try to talk shit:
