Dump idiot Trump
-
2020-01-02 at 1:56 PM UTCThe anti trumpers seem to be under the impression that being charged with something equates to guilt. Even when those charges are dismissed they feel it's still a black mark on the person, when in actuality it clears the person of any wrong doing.
Clearly they don't believe in the whole innocent till proven guilty thing. -

2020-01-02 at 2:04 PM UTCThe "logic" is akin to a prosecutor who wishes to bring charges against an accused, but decides not to, but then goes around insisting to everyone the accused is actually being prosecuted, even though no charges have been brought. These crazies live in Clown World, where up is down, down is up, the sky is green and the grass is blue. And they'll even spout these moronic idiocies with a straight face, too. And you know why? Because that's ALL THEY'VE GOT.

I will discuss this with you Purdi. Prove to me that it HAS to go to the senate for trump to be considered impeached. From everything I’ve read, except for from rogue scholars, he is impeached as of right now! Removed from office by the senate?....no! -

Because Congress hasn't finished the process of impeachment until it's formally filed...duh. Again, common fucking sense. -
2020-01-02 at 2:15 PM UTC"What is impeachment?
Impeachment is charging a holder of public office with misconduct. "
He hasn't been charged yet... -
2020-01-02 at 2:17 PM UTC"Rogue scholars", like the same "rogue scholar" the Democrats called as an expert witness in law during the impeachment hearing, who later said Trump is not impeached until the articles are transmitted to the Senate. Like that "rogue scholar". Anyone who disagrees with the fakestream media's lies automatically becomes a "rogue". See how that works?

He hasn't been charged yet…
it passed thru the HOR- they voted on & passed Articles to impeach- he's been charged.
it, YET, has to pass the "trial" before the Senate in order for the Articles of Impeachment of the HOR to follow thru to boot a President from his Office of Commander In Chief.
but TRUMP isnt, yet, impeached either... until the Articles are sent to the SENATE. -

They'd have the vote, again until it's submitted to the next stage (the Senate) it's not finalized and so not a charge. The Charges have to go to the Senate for them to be officially charges.
Just like in the regular judicial system...charged have to be filed for them to be charges. -
2020-01-02 at 2:35 PM UTCThe whole argument is pretty silly, everyone already knows the Senate isn't going to do shit so it's all moot and just a waste of taxpayers $$$, Congress and Senates time and result in handing Trump more reason to brag about being exonerated...aka backfiring on the dems.

not true.
thats why it had too/ & did pass the HOR to present the Articles to Impeach.
its kind of like in a judicial system when a person has to be "indicted" before they can continue on to a preliminary hearing.... then on to a trial... best way to explain i spose. -

I’d just like you to direct me to the passage in the constitution, that states he’s not impeached until the senate receives the articles. -

Right...the indictment has to be filed...it's not just some guy saying verbally "yup go ahead!".
The result of the vote has to be officially submitted/recognized...it hasn't been. No trial can proceed until they are. -

the best thing i can advise, Tech... don't listen to "anything" as gospel. Try and conduct research of your own. most mainstream media channels are on/presenting a particular platform-- NOT TRUTH/Facts.
honest knowledge is time consuming... but helps one to "see" clearly... thru the bs.👍🏻 -
2020-01-02 at 2:57 PM UTCi think the media labels this process intentionally incorrect. bill clinton was acquitted by the Senate like Trump will be. and to me, since clinton was acquitted, he really never was impeached. the pre-req for impeachment, is for the House to create the setting for the Senate to vote upon. in my opinion, a pre-req is not the actual trial for impeachment. that only takes place in the Senate. and then, if the Senate acquits, there was never an impeachment to begin with, because the House never has the final say. the House is the tattle tellers, the Senate is the judge. if the judge acquits, there never was an impeachment. if the judge finds guilty, now you have a full blown impeached president.
