   It's got something to do with the fact that it has a weird domain name in multiple ways, and it probably still fails the security check in some way. I haven't ran the check in a while so it very well could have been fixed.

   Yeah, you have to agree to ICANN rules to register a domain because ICANN is the organization that administrates the domain registration process. Which I did. You'll notice the site does have a domain, which you see in your address bar every time you visit the site. McAfee probably just flagged it because they did some shitty half baked ML thing to divine classifications, ignored robots.txt, and saw all the CC spam and decided it was a CCN vending site or something.

    URL = useful tool so your DNS can point your computer to the right IP address. For it to work the DNSes have to have your IP associated to the URL. For this to happen, you need to buy a domain name which will ultimately be registered with ICANN.
