Anyone Familiar with the New Democratic "Red Flag" Law passed in 14 states?

   so, this was not proposed by Trump but the Democrats have been putting this in place in Democratic States since 1999. and it was the Democratic House 3 months ago who made it a National Law, Trump opposed it just a month ago!!
   
   
   and of course, we all know the article proposed claiming this is Trumps idea, is led by CBS, which is a DEMOCRATIC BASED MEDIA SOURCE!!

   personally, if they did a mental evaluation BEFORE someone is allowed to purchase a firearm, would be much better accepted than taking away firearms from current gun owners because someone says you're unfit.

    and since the Housed passed it, and the process goes to Trump to pass it onto the Senate, the question then...did Trump pass it and send it to the Senate?
