It's NOT impeachment UNTIL it's been submitted to the Senate. The MOMENT it is handed to the Senate THEN he is impeached (regardless of the Senates final decision).
As it's NOT been submitted to the senate YET..he's not been impeached, the house has only voted to impeach...

This is true...however, UNTIL it's actually formally filed (aka passing to the Senate), it's not impeachment...the house has NOT completed the process until it's passed to the Senate.
A dumbed down analogy for you.
3 people in a house vote to ask the landlord to evict a 4th person. All 3 vote "yes kick him out"....yet they don't ever tell the landlord...so the 4th person isn't actually evicted.
