its not just older women. Women drive cars and make their own money so if you don't do the same you are not good enough for them.

That's bullshit, women get promoted a lot easier because people have lower expectations of them. Every manager i've ever had has been female and usually when someone gets trained to use a computer system or taught how to do bookkeeping stuff they always pick the woman because it just makes sense and they gladly take the job with less physical work for more money.
