how long has it been since you quit everything? it'll probably take at least 2 or 3 months of monotony to adjust to normal life again. gaming will probably help you during that period but exercise would be better. i find gaming to be very conducive to drug use because its a solitary activity and if it becomes a habit you will watch it suck your time away the same as drugs. you should instead read a new book, learn a new skill, exercise, have conversatons (with people actually worth conversing and exchanging ideas with).
if you look halfway decent, have a subject or two that you know about quite a bit more than just any average person, and a hobby to show, that pretty much makes you an interesting person to a lot of girls that you will then be able to fuck. also, it will help you develop new hobbies and be healthier. just imagine 3 months of videogames vs 3 months of that. its not that long and youll get a ton of benefits
