I don't know if it's passed yet but apparently Mexico will allow Cocaine use (I think clubs with special licenses to sell and use in their facilities) to help cut down on all of the murdering that is going on.
Legalizing it (like stage-1 in small uses) and probably adjust the scale for larger sells in the future if it will help stop the murdering between rivals and make it less of a competition. making it cheaper as well.
