read yesterday that in a lawsuit brought by a conservative advocacy group, a state judge ruled that the state of Wisconsin must
immediately deactivate the voter registrations of more than 234,000 people who live in Wisconsin. The voters that are being targeted are
in Democratic voter areas in the state. Same thing is going on in Georgia, 309,000 are being purged. In the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial
race there was a big stink about voter suppression also. NC just had to had their district maps redrawn because of Republican

But she can do all that after she's passed the papers. The "trial" isn't happening till next year. Until the papers are delivered there are no rules to deliver..as there is no "case" officially, until it's formally submitted.
(I'm making this up based on simple logic) -
