    I have never had one until a few months ago, now I get them all the time on my head/chest.

    ETA: I dated a girl with Crohn's disease back in England...we were getting frisky one day and I started working my way down below and she said "Don't go down there, I have draining boil"
    
    That was the last time I ever went down there on her and "draining boil" is now part of my sexual vocabulary.
