White is such an ugly color. When my bread gets white mold on it I throw it away. When its brown that means you know its good bread. That's why they have the term 'golden brown' because we are golden.

Ethnic > race +make it an adjective > racist. That's probably how it went. Probably could've also said Ethnicity Park which would've still sounded weird to foreigners but makes perfect sense to Chinese people. 园 or 公园 are used for all types of public outdoor areas like zoos, parks, and gardens.
Those ethnic parks are common in China. They're cultural tourist sites for showing off the minorities of China.
If you knew anything about China you'd know about these. They probably are exploitative, but not racist. You just proved to me you can't speak Chinese by posting that lool -

Melanistically challenged actually. That would make you melanistic. We have color, of course, we have some of the "black goo" that makes you dark, just not very much of it. That's why most whites aren't the color of a sheet of paper, except maybe in Ireland. -
