In the movie truman show he decided to suddenly run into a random building and thats how he found alot more evidence his reailty was fake. Maybe i'll try something similar. Or start talking to a random person and see how they react... Any other ideas?

One of 3 things will happen:
1) You'll reach the end of the set and it'll prove your life is The Truman Show.
2) You'll fall off the end of the earth and prove the earth is flat like Bill Krozby believes.
3) You'll eventually reach England and we can get high

pretty much exactly what you said - they manage to build a virtual reality with real AI people, but due to hardware constraints they're only able to create a city. if you drive far enough in any direction you come to the end of the world. things get messy when people start to realise this.
honestly the movie wasn't great, but I found the idea pretty interesting

I'll probably watch it, I like shit like that.
My favourite explanation for life is the computer simulation theory. It kinda makes sense imo considering at some point we'll be able to simulate whole universes and life within it. So who's to say it hasn't happened already and we're just one of the many sims within a sim.

Hell, it would explain why I'm a hiki. By far one of the most optimal simulations to run; never go anywhere, no pesky complex social relations.

Good comic, aldra. The fermi paradox really has some fascinating explanations. How it relates to the singularity/creation of artificial general intelligence, the implications for ethics, the nature of sentient existence.

Actor, this is Steve from Customer Service, you are not here, you are in your room, in a coma like trance with the Oculus Rift attached to your head.
