The straw that broke it was the electric bill.
Im not gonna pay that shit.
It would be cheaper to cut my losses and just move now before I dont have the money to move.

People ask me to help them move all the time because of my previous job.
They have some relaxed idea of it; I look at it from an efficiency, safety, and speed perspective. They don't realize that it was my job to make people work fast and efficiently (while helping as well of course).
Most of these people usually get tired very quickly.

No way I am paying for this shit. Basically I can abandon it and lose my security deposit.
Or I best case scenario, my landlord sides with me that I should be let out of my lease.
More than likely I will have to go downtown and fill out paper work and it will be a headache to get any satisfaction and I might not even win.
Anyways, I am a spiteful person and I love attention so you bet your ass I will gladly see them in court.
As it sits not I doubt they will do anything or any of this will get resolved.

You ever looked into an assisted living facility ?! Seems it would be ideal for you. Like a halfway house where you could keep your job & someone would look over your income affairs. Man I run one of my former rental properties as a transitional house for PTSD servicemen. I get a lovely annual check from DOD & monthly breaks on county/city taxes etc. The house has had a 100% success rate thus far. I got the right guy running it as a live in manager & the heads that come through are doing well out in the real world. I in no way liken Fona to that lot being they're hardened veterans whom went through hell & are trying rebuild opposed to an entitled child w/ mental health issues.

Not all but there's releases to be signed @ orientation @ many that prohibit filming residents without written consent on file. It's a liability issue especially w/ the civilly owned LLC programs like mine. State ran set-ups may be different. But either way I'm sure distraught/unstable residents won't take well to some spazz running around filming himself cooking fish sticks or installing a light bulb etc. in fact some may have been sent there for doing very similar shit lol.
