The Trump foundation has done this MULTIPLE times. Not their first rodeo. They've been convicted of it and made to pay fines. Nobody ever goes to prison for it because we don't hold corporate executives responsible in this country. -

Right. Good example. and I agree. Yet, Trump (even though his wall is a waste of fucking money and potentially killing even Americans in need of specialty medical workers deported and much needed in this country. I admit that Trump is unfairly being targeted more than anyone in office in the history of presidents. I mean they just keep chipping away. Trump should be using this time to background check facts of the Clintons Haiti funds and shit on everyone else.

I don't give a fuck. Clinton got investigated and it came up with absolutely nothing. If she's dirty let her burn too. I want everyone who is guilty to get locked up. Trump is so obviously guilty, it's really only a matter of time before he is no longer president and has to face the court. He pushes into the fascism with wanting to extend the term limit/be president forever (exactly like Xi and Putin and Hitler did cough cough) but I don't think it'll happen here... I hope. -

(CNN) — A judge has finalized a $25 million dollar settlement in the Trump University class action lawsuit, paving the way for thousands of former students at the now-defunct real estate seminar to get some of their money back.
Judge Gonzalo Curiel in the Southern District of California approved the settlement in March 2017, but it was delayed because one woman wanted to opt out and sue Donald Trump separately.
Earlier this year, an appeals court rejected the woman's arguments. And on Monday, Curiel finalized the settlement.
Former students who claim they were defrauded are now eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the money they spent on courses.
In November 2016, just days after the election, Trump agreed to settle three lawsuits filed against his real estate school that argued the program featured false advertisements and empty promises.

"To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the confidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels," the letter read.
"SAP levels" refers to Special Access Programs (SAPs) that are meant to safeguard information deemed more classified than even "top secret."
"It is the most sensitive of the sensitive," a former senior law-enforcement officer told Fox News. "There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material."
Intelligence is allocated to a special-access program when "the vulnerability of, or threat to, specific information is exceptional," according to Executive Order 13526, which was signed by US President Barack Obama in late 2009 and details how to properly handle and protect classified national-security information.
Clinton signed a nondisclosure contract when she got to the State Department, in which she agreed to "never divulge anything marked SCI [sensitive compartmented information] or that I know to be SCI to anyone who is not authorized to receive it without prior authorization from the US Government department or agency that authorized my access." -

The deep state itself is not just going to decide, hey, let's reveal that Crooked Hillary had SAPS on her server. The only reason they'd do that is if they knew the evidence was out there and could be eventually revealed. Additionally, there is plenty of hard evidence which proves Hillary was using this illegal server for ALL her government business. -
