creeping out lyft drivers

2019-12-05 at 7:45 PM UTCrecently i've been having to take lyft to work because my car is totally fucked. the other night this dude named HONGWEI drove me home. it was an older chinese guy and he was a good driver and didn't talk much which is always nice. then later i was just fucking around looking at the lyft app and it had a "favorite driver" so i was like fuck it im gonna nominate HONGWEI. now apparently if he's driving in my area and its able to conveniently have him pick me up rather than some other driver, it will do so. and he saw that i put him as a favorite driver. maybe i can figure out his schedule and conveniently need lyft rides to places around those, just so it looks like i'm riding with him on purpose. then start tipping him like $5 then $10 and then start asking him all kinds of personal questions. then i'll know how long it takes for him to block me when i go to take my normal route and it's someone else drivingThe following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

2019-12-05 at 8:38 PM UTClol have only taken lyft several times, more so recently for my knew side gig, but I kinda had the opposite experience. The gont was giddy and was like weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel you're Douglas right?!! and wouldn't shut the fuck up. I told him how I'm going to my first day in this office and he just kept smiling at me and saying stuff like "weeeel Doug, lyfe is all about new experiences.. I like to put myself in situations I'm not used to, to learn from them" It was really awkward and he started talking about how he's leaving his wyfe pretty soon and I was like oh okay.. he even completely missed the exit on 35 so I had to be with him for another ten minutes. He was like "have a good day lil bromo still grinning.
But who knows I'm pretty skeptical of a lot of people.
I know that smile unforgettably. When I was coming back from my court mandated wyfe beating classes a couple years ago I was standing at the bus stop sippin a forty with my breath stinking and some gont rolled up and was like hey do you know where the home depot is here? And I was like no the only one near here is 86'd and he was like weeel do you want a ride? And I was like yeah sure and got in his car and started giving me his lil rap about how he was a Pasteur in george town but had some trouble with a couple of young punks.. and I was so drunk and high I just started rattling off about my wyfe beating classes and how its fucking bullshit and when we got closer to my house, he put his hand on my leg and I was like wtf man and shoved his hand off of me and grabbed my back pack and he got really spooked he started asking me if I had a gun in there and I was like you're really cracked bud just drop me off here and he handed me his business card "second chance concrete" lol wtf?
I looked him up online and yeah he was a pastoer and two young guys beat him up with baseball bats because he's a creep and is a convicted nonce.

So the only way a driver can block a client is if they 1 star you. then your star rating drops and other drivers will chose not to pick you up. so your whole plan has been washed out by creating other factors into it.
