I knew a guy in county who got sent up right before me and was not there during my last case but was during my bar fight case a yr earlier with kevin markley whose name was miguel torres or eomething who only got two more yrs ir six yrs also for a choke till his own girlfriend passed out, had a way worse criminal history and was an ex or maybe current gang member on top of it had no paid lawyer. How the fuck did i get a deal star trek? Explain that fucking bullshit statement of yours against raphael fucking luciano who even cops in hawaii want to beat up and lawyers. Now at least since everything i felt about the guy and seen with his actions toward me proved to be true. Later though or now in hawaii if they only believed me or investigated the case from both sides. Isnt this what your USA cops are supposed to do star trek? Investigate then arrest?

Do you really have to put in the work though? Like for me personally I'm of mixed ethnicity, I'm mostly whyte but also part hispanic and have moreno greco romano features, so would I be exempt and just fly solo? Even though on my paper work it would say I'm whyte
